We take the utmost pride in producing a product that you and your family will enjoy for years to come. We take the time to work with you and supply the right product to meet your needs. Items picked up at our location: Customer or driver is responsible for securing items to vehicle. No vehicle will be loaded without the customer or driver present. Our employees may refuse to load a vehicle if vehicle maybe damaged in any way. No cash refunds or credit after 7 days & no refunds on delivery charges. All returns subject to a 20% handling charge. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt, and approved by management. All merchandise must be in resalable condition and original packaging. Any items damaged or defective will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable amount of time. (Appx. 10 days.) Return check fee $35.00, plus bank and legal fees. Not responsible for items left over 30 days. |
